SVP, Global Architecture & North American Information Technology — Scottish Re (U.S.), Inc.
Stabilized data and technology resulting from two acquisitions (ERC Life Reinsurance, ING Life Reinsurance).  Responsible for a $10M operating expense budget and over $9M in capital projects in 2005.  Created Scottish Re's core systems and data flow architecture; hired and provided vision and direction to data warehousing and EDI/EAI teams.  Provided management and technical direction to over 40 employees and 40 contractors in 2005.  Stabilized the ING Life acquisition on schedule, under budget.

Senior Consultant — Microsoft Corporation
Dedicated to Bank of America to participate in Architecture Review Board strategy discussions and enable .NET adoption.  Linux competitive strategy leader for Microsoft South region.  Contributed to multiple projects for Bank of America (CRM .NET pilot and 'bake off', Exchange 2000 migration - automation of Public Folder ACL migration, .NET Architecture Review Board and Center of Excellence), and Wachovia (.NET Security assessment; Web Services mobility pilot for Treasury Management).

Lead technologist for IT infrastructure and applications to support a growing corporation, including frame relay and network design, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, Exchange 5.0, SQL Server 6.5, Inter\Intranet applications using Internet Information Server 3.0 with Active Server Pages, and Visual Basic 5.0 server side components for use in Internet time tracking and project management.

Project Manager and Technical Lead — Renaissance Strategic Feedback System
Enterprise-wide system consisting of a Visual Basic 4.0 interface using RDO for ORACLE data warehouse integration. Developed core software components and managed 4-7 developers.

Senior Technical Consultant — Renaissance Intranet Knowledge Management Desktop
Lead technologist for a Fortune 100 telecommunications company Intranet help desk project, developed using Microsoft IIS and Active Server Pages.

Director, Information Products — MapInfo Corporation
Created MapInfo’s Information Products organization, strategy, and product framework. Migrated product production technology from DOS applications to UNIX/Windows. Created MapInfo’s WorldWide Data Partner Program and data reseller distribution strategy. Co-designed and developed portions of the MapMarker product, Microsoft DataMap feature and MapInfo core software.

Advisory Programmer — Geographic Information Systems Directorate, IBM Corporation
Created Data Model and design for IBM/Geo Vision project. Managed and provided technical leadership to 40 IBM and contract programmers. Evaluated and created prototype applications using database and data repository software, including ORACLE, Ingres, Informix, and Sybase.

Senior Systems Analyst — Keystone Management Systems, IBM Partner
Invented and developed "Videolink", video interface software to automate highway inspection.

Staff Programmer — CAD & CIM Database Development, IBM Corporation
Designed and developed major components of IBM engineering/CIM software products using DB/2 and SQL/DS.
