E*Garden wanted to post a web survey to capture customer feedback, and needed a way to post survey results to a formatted file on the web server, with an easy way to add or modify survey questions in the future.

E*Garden's web server was running under Linux, and supported perl scripting, so we modified some basic perl scripts and provided a simple, flexible tool for defining survey questions and capturing results in a delimited text file.
